The workshop incorporates Human Stories, Leadership storytelling, Generative listening, and 3D Mapping/SPT Stuck. The scope of the workshop is holistic and effective in fostering a deep understanding about leadership qualities the GenZ students must possess to make a special mark for themselves in this chaotic world. The first step towards this is Empathy and Sensing the Ecosystem and utilizing the power of human stories. Leadership storytelling involves participants sharing theirvision for the future, reflecting on the past, providing context, and inspiring the team towards a shared goal. Generative Listening explores the art of listening. Teaching and practicing generative listening can enhance communication and understanding among team members, fostering a culture of open dialogue and collaboration. 3D Mapping helps visualizing the system and provides a tangible representation of the one’s ecosystem, allowing participants to see the interconnectedness of different elements. It is a hands-on session involving peer discussions, Individual and group activities and working with prototype models.
